While returning from lunch, Wagon 16's crew spotted an ominous column of smoke in the are of the Culpeper/Madison County line. Wagon 16 arrived to find a fully involved car at Kirtley Rd and James City Rd. Wagon 16's crew went to work extinguishing the fire with assistance from the Madison County Fire Department.
