Fire in a house on Brock Lane

On Friday April 12, 2019 Company 16 was dispatched to Company 8 first due in the 13200 block of Brock Lane for a fire in a house.
Members responded with our Wagon and Tanker. Our Wagon established water supply form a near by pond and the Tanker was utilized in the
water shuttle.

While returning from lunch, Wagon 16's crew spotted an ominous column of smoke in the are of the Culpeper/Madison County line. Harry Edward Carpenter, Sr. Harry Edward Carpenter, Sr., 80, of Culpeper passed away Friday, October 26, 2018 at Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born January 12, 1938 to the late James Garnett and Hazel Virginia Carpenter. Harry loved gardening, fishing, farming, and his family.
